About Jennings Law Office P.C.
Providing services in Cambria, Somerset, Blair, Bedford, and Indiana counties, the Jennings Law Office P.C practice, which includes children and youth services, real estate, and estate planning, emphasizes advocacy for clients' Constitutional Rights and protection of their property interests from infringement by both big government and private entities.
Born and raised in Cambria County, Broc Jennings has been an engaged member in the local community for his entire life. He attended Forest Hills High School, where he was a standout in both football and baseball. Broc attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, receiving a bachelor's degree in English and working part-time at the Windber Country Club. It was his time spent interacting with members at WCC that first turned Broc's attention to the law. Following his passion, Broc attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, earning a Juris Doctorate degree and became a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
In his free time, Broc is an avid golfer and outdoors enthusiast. During the summer, he can often be found fishing and spending time with friends and family at his cottage, or hitting the links with business associates and clients. During the winter, he splits his time between his deer stand and competing in a 3-D archery league. He is also a diehard Steelers Fan.
Joel Polites
Joel joined Jennings Law Office in 2026 after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Bianco of the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Forrest B. Fordham, III of the Cambria County Court of Common Pleas. Joel also has more than six years of courtroom experience as a full-time Assistant District Attorney with the Cambria County District Attorney’s Office.
A native of Cambria County, Joel is a graduate of Northern Cambria High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown before attending Duquesne University School of Law. Joel always intended to return home to practice law and serve the community that shaped him. He continues that commitment today as a part-time Assistant District Attorney while representing clients at Jennings Law Office.
Joel focuses his practice on civil litigation, estates planning, family law, and real estate.
